Janis Productions is proud to announce that we now have the ability to produce your event in High Definition. High Definition is the future. In February 2009 all analog (4x3 aspect) TV broadcasting will end. All TV broadcasts will be digital, which makes for better picture quality.
In anticipation of this change, Janis Productions has purchased several quality high definition cameras that have excellent low light sensitivity. This is important because many events have minimal lighting, such as candle light weddings.
Many people now own plasma or LCD Hi def TVs. These sets produce beautiful pictures. Blu-ray DVDs have
become the standard. Janis can deliver your event on Blu-ray format. You could re-live your special event in
High Definition and on Blu-ray!
To enjoy our quality videos, you must possess a Blu-ray DVD player. They are “backwords compatible”, meaning that all of your old DVDs will also play on the Blu-ray Player.
Janis Productions can provide you with a list of Blu-ray Players that will work well with our BD-R disks.
